Join us for a fun, interactive cooking demonstration and complimentary lunch brought to you by Brookdale Senior Living. Ruth Thompson Murillo RD, LD, Registered Dietitian Nutritionist from the Amon G. Carter, Jr. Downtown YMCA, will share nutritional information, cooking tips, copies of the recipes and best of all - a sample of the food prepared. To register visit www.alumni.tcu.edu.
