Upcoming Concerts

TCU Concert Chorale

Sunday, April 29, 2018 | 7:30 pm

The concert theme is Let My Love Be Heardand features music spanning the centuries that takes us on a journey from a place of loneliness to peace and salvation. The hour-long program will be in a collage format, stitching together spoken and sung word. Classics by Bach, Brahms, Fauré, and Howells are balanced with newer works by Daniel Elder, Matthew Harris and Jean Belmont. Additionally, René Clausen's brilliant Laudate and a new arrangement of a Shaker Hymn, Hallelujah, create invigorating and colorful moments in the program. The TCU Concert Chorale is made up of students from a variety of disciplines across campus and recognize the important role of the arts in their personal and professional development.
