Nell's goal is to provide the kids in the nursery with loving relationships in a Christian and nurturing environment. She has spent many years at Arborlawn (and Westcliff before that) working with Children's Day Out, Parent's Odd Night Out, and nursery care. Nell also assists Joe Melhart with financial accounting.
Nell is married to Conan, and they have two daughters, Ginny (married to Grant) and Katy.
