As a way to continue to seek ways to be good stewards, Arborlawn offers online giving. This allows anyone with a credit or debit card, or a checking account, to give to the church at your convenience.

While we believe this is a service that will be beneficial, we strongly encourage that you do not go into debt in order to make a contribution. If you are stuggling with debt, we offer continuing education that can assist you.  If you are planning to use this convenience, please do so faithfully and prudently.

Your gifts using online giving are secure. ServiceU, the company that processes the transactions, uses 128-bit security encryption. This is an industry standard, and used on most websites. The church stores no card information on our systems, however, we will receive the necessary information from ServiceU to properly attribute your gift to your giving statement. After you complete your transaction, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided.

What does the Bible say about Giving?
Giving is a vital part of spiritual formation and maturity. It requires two things of us:

  • FAITH Giving is an active expression of my faith. It recognizes God as my True Provider. It affirms my confidence in God’s ability to supply all I need. It is an act of gratitude and dependence. And, it allows me to partner with God’s work through my church and in the world.
  • FAITHFULNESS Giving requires the highest standard of personal integrity and discipline. It is not a casual or occasional thing. In 2 Corinthians 8-9, the bible teaches we are to give willingly, generously, and cheerfully. And our pattern should reflect a regular and systematic plan. In Malachi 3:10, we learn God's standard of the tithe or first tenth being set apart in all of my earnings as a gift to God. Through our tithes and offerings, we prove faithful in the stewardship of all God has provided for us.

With these two principles in mind, a new opportunity for giving is being provided through the ministry of Arborlawn. It is called "online giving". It is a new and simple way to prioritize and expedite your personal plan for giving.
